I would not get the flu shot, nor should I get it for my children. My reasoning is this, none of us are immune compromised, so if we get the flu it is not life threatening to us. I would rather allow our bodies to develop immunity and fight it off. I found this flu combo so powerful one day - I had a running nose, fever of over 100 and a stuffy head. I cant afford to get sick with my schedule, I saw this online and thought, why not give it a try. I have been feeling more energized and get over colds in less than a day, but they rarely happen!

I cannot stand taking OTC cold and flu medicine, it always makes me feel so groggy and down. I love that this product is a prevention instead of a cure for cold and flu. It makes me feel good and energized and not groggy like OTC medicine.
